PATRICIA NICHOLS
Associate Lighting Designer
Patricia Nichols is the associate lighting designer for the Broadway and all domestic and international productions of
Jersey Boys. She holds an MFA in lighting design from the University of California, San Diego.
New York designs include: Because I Can (Greenwich Theatre),
The Souls of Our Feet (Triangle Theatre) and
Safety (Urban Stages).
Other designs include: I Ain’t Yo’ Uncle,
Archeology,
Two Gentlemen of Verona,
The Three Sisters,
Disappearance Conundrum,
Native Son,
Into the Woods and
The Yellow Boat.
Also on Broadway, Patricia Nichols has served as the associate lighting designer of
The Pirate Queen and Billy Crystal’s
700 Sundays.
Broadway assisting credits include: Lestat,
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,
Dracula and
Sinatra at Radio City Musical Hall, along with the Broadway-bound productions of
Mambo Kings,
Lennon and
Wicked in San Francisco.
Patricia Nichols is the recipient of the 2004 USITT Young Designer Barbizon Award for Lighting Design.
